The Society for Alternative-Social Media and Short Videos is a non-profit organisation based in Basel, with a focus on advancing media literacy education and conducting short video production workshops for future generations.
Our efforts are centred around three main pillars:
1. Media literacy eduaction and therapeutic video production workshops.
2. Creation and dissemination/distribution of short-form audio-visual content.
3. Research, analysis, and consultancy services.
Akio YUGUCHI, a japanese filmmaker and former UN digital media officer, shares his media expertise with the Alternative-Social Media initiative, collaborating with friends and partners.
